Orthodontics

Many people are concerned with how their teeth look and how their bite functions.  Teeth can be crowded, crooked and poorly aligned.  Orthodontics is the branch of dentistry that treats these dental problems.

To become an orthodontist a dentist has to complete a minimum of three years additional specialist training.  After which he/she will be a Registered Specialist Orthodontist.  All our orthodontists are registered specialists and you will see their details on the Orthodontic Society of Ireland’s website.

There are many different types of treatment - braces on the inside of your teeth, braces on the outside and even braces that you can take in and out of your mouth.  Your orthodontist at Pearls will explain the benefits of each type to you and help you make an informed choice.

Take a look at our Before & After picture gallery to see how your smile could be transformed.

We can advise you at your consultation as to which brace suits you best.
